- Convenient parking in main lot plus 75+ additional spots along West St
- Alcoholic beverages welcome — canned beer and table wine permitted (no kegs or hard liquor; alcohol may not be sold or served for tips; no bars or bartenders; no service to anyone under 21)

Weekends (Friday – Sunday)
Weekdays (Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM and after)
Note: If your preferred date shows as busy on our calendar, we may still be able to accommodate two events on the same day depending on timing. Reach out and we'll check for you.
- Event Space only — $300 (6 hours) or $325 full day
- Event Space + Gymnasium — $400 (6 hours) or $425 full day
Weekdays (Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM and after)
- Event Space only — $175
- Event Space + Gymnasium — $275
